The sun never says to the Earth,
‘You owe me’.
Look what happens with a love like that.
It lights up the whole sky.

It started with a dream
Of combining my passion
And to create something meaningful
To send a message which is dearest and closest to my heart

A note about Love
A word on Love

I spent hours drawing trying to translate the images that running free in my mind
Trying to capture shapes and shadows to define those movement I love so much
To show the dance of the breath and the body as the mind becomes still

And slowly everything becomes clear
That sometimes you have to stop trying too hard and see the simple thing that speaks right in front of your eyes, straight to your heart

I saw the sunrise.
I saw the bright red and orange colors that burst from the horizon
I saw the land comes alive with every rays of the red rising Sun

And the feeling is Love
Of absolute expansion that warms the heart

Of gratefulness towards something that is beyond ourselves
A beginning of a life in a breath of fresh morning air
The sun is the eternal life force, of a new start of each day, of a moment that defines the true meaning of time and space

Everything begins with the Sun
All things come from the air we breathe
The beauty takes form in shapes
And fluidity of the heart takes place during the moments of in between

A transition
A transformation
A new beginning

Sometimes you just have to see whats around you. It has all been given.

Be with the Breath
As the breath goes, so the mind
With Love

In the practice of Yoga, the Sun Salutation is a spiritual practice of perseverance and gratitude. Traditionally done at the break of dawn, a Sun Salutation is an offering to the sun, the source of life, which delivers the message of humility, surrender and love. Through the practice of Sun Salutation, we learn how to connect to the Sun, to the Universe, and ultimately, to our self through the breath. To always be reminded to return to the breath, to find peacefulness through our Inhale and Exhale.
