I started yoga in January 2007, as part of my new year’s resolution to get healthy. Soon enough, yoga become the inseparable part of my life which has affected my personal growth tremendously, that it is now an inseparable aspect of my daily practice.
After a few years of intense Asana practice, I started practicing Pranayama in 2011 under the guidance of Shri OP Tiwari and one of his most senior student, Paul Dallaghan. I have been very blessed in the past few years to have the rare opportunity to learn from my Teachers and to have been able to continue my learning and practice under their loving guidance.
With the blessing from Tiwarji, I started conducting classes and workshops on the beautiful art of Pranayama in 2016 after being given the opportunity to assist him in a couple of his Pranayama courses. It has been a new and wonderful experience to me, and I hope that one day I would be able to share it to more people!
